Recruitment Services (RS) executes process on behalf of Talent Acquisition and HR customers, and ultimately the candidates and employees they support. RS team upholds operational and quality standards while driving efficiencies within the processes supported. RS Amazon Customer Excellence System team (ACES) is seeking an enthusiastic, data-driven ACES Black Belt to contribute to the improvement, growth and fast paced changes. This position requires deep customer focus, strong self-motivation and project management skills. Requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams. To be successful in this role, you need to pair strong analytical skills and a data-driven outlook with strong intuition. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Proven ability in deconstructing processes and metrics, to identify areas of opportunity and lead the development and implementation of new processes. Challenge assumptions with data, reduce variation, eliminate waste, and scale recruiting processes for Amazon. Strong influencing skills and negotiation skills with ability to motivate and focus people resources where there is no direct reporting relationship. Proven knowledge of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) problem solving techniques through successful delivery of Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Proven analytical aptitude, including the ability to mine and analyze large, complex data sets. Large scale project management experience in leading multi-organizational initiatives, and driving team accountability to achieve impactful goals. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and work under tight deadlines. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Core Responsibilities: Review process documentations like SOPs, develop process flows, and define metrics / SLAs for processes being transitioned. Upload the documentation to centralized repository. Review baseline metrics for newly transitioned processes and existing processes Deliver Financial Savings through projects Leading Black Belt (BB) projects and mentor RS employees on small to medium improvements like Just Do It, Kaizen, Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects. Drive Standard Work implementation across Recruitment Services. Performs quantitative analysis of key process indicators/ SLAs to identify opportunities for process improvement Conduct process health audits at set frequency and drive actions with delivery teams to close the audit gaps Ensure active and effective continuous improvement engagement in all departments through training and any other engagement programs like Kaizen, Gemba sessions…etc. Continuously review process deep dive analysis, metrics performance/ dashboards to identify improvements impacting cost of delivery and customer experience leveraging technology, process changes, benchmarking and standardization Conduct VSMs and FMEAs to identify improvement opportunities as and when needed Facilitate the Leadership Steering Committee to tollgate GB/BB projects and Kaizen to ensure consistency in methods and quality project deliverables Manage the documentation and status of all GB/BB/Lean projects Managing and constantly improving the idea management metrics (ideation to implementation) process Basic Qualifications : Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any engineering domain / MBA Certified Project Management Professional (Not mandatory) Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Overall 8 to 12 Years’ Experience with at least 5 years’ experience in Lean/ Six Sigma implementation. Must have led minimum of four high impact GB/BB projects. Preferred Qualifications : Data analysis skills and familiarity with supporting tools e.g. Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, MS Access Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other OE tools Ability to lead, teach and develop associates and managers to deliver key organizational goals Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges Strong project management and organizational skills, experience working on complex initiatives with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
