Job Description: Job Purpose : To manage the digital transformation initiatives across brands of ABFRL in Design and VM as a part of the Digital function Job Context : ABFRL is on a brink of digitization where all the processes, systems have to be automated and be driven by technology so that gut feelings are complemented by data insights. The usage of technology is critical in areas of creative functions where intuition needs to be supported by intelligence. The role has high impact on business profitability as it allows design creation processes to become faster and seamless. It holds a lot of promise for the individual from the learning standpoint as the digital initiatives span multiple domains including Like Design, Visual Merchandising. It is equally important in futuristic store experiences where consumer experience needs to be seamless across the offline and online purchases. The role empowers individuals to drive all the digitization agendas around the processes by working closely with Brand heads and Function heads thus giving them a flavor of how these functions can benefit from evolving and relevant technology-based solutions. Individual needs to have a strong aptitude, ability to front end discussions with top management and give clear guiding instructions to the technical team on the business requirements and carrying out the execution at a fast pace. The individual will work closely with Designers, Merchandisers and planners, and business users to drive projects that add value to the business through technology-based solutions. Key Result Areas Supporting Actions Developing and executing digital transformation project plans, goals, and budget in the Product creation process. The supporting actions for each of these key result areas Identifying resource needs, resource allocation for forecasted project work Working alongside other program managers, Design, and other key functions in realizing the execution of projects Communicating and collaborating with both technical and business partners. Proactively managing digital/IT projects for significant plans and risk deviations and develop contingency/ escalation plans Facilitating vendor on-boarding and using appropriate tools, techniques to realize plans Identifying and selecting suitable vendors. Budgeting and Cost management Facilitating Vendor selection, participating in annual budgeting Contract management and execution Vendor onboarding, PO, etc Qualifications: Any Graduate,PgDip. In Management,MBA,Executive MBA Minimum Experience Level: 6-8 Years Report to: Assistant Vice President
